4th of July is one of my favorite holidays... Matt thinks it's as big as Christmas at our house! We have always gone all out on the 4th since I can remember. We usually start out with the balloon fest, but we got there right as the balloons were taking off, so Taelyn didn't even get to see them... I was so sad! Then we were off to the Provo parade. (I remember liking the parade a lot more when I was little!! It is so long and hot now, but it's still fun to watch the kids!) Then we go to my parents house and do a big BBQ with all my cousins... (It's crazy now! There were more than 100 people packed into my parents house! But it's so fun!) Then the night is up to Matt! This year we went up to Lava Hot Springs and stayed in a cabin with his extended family! It was so much fun and we loved seeing all our cousins we don't get to see very often! They had an awesome firework show and then we stayed up late talking and catching up! It was a fun 4th as always!
Taelyn is definitely following in her Moms footsteps... She loved the parade and BBQ and is a spaz when it comes to watching fireworks. She thinks they are the coolest thing ever!

How fun! I remember that parade, we used to go all the time. Tae is getting so big, and she's all tan now! You look so pretty.
