Matts Million Dollar Mission!

Matt's first attempt at a Million Dollars!
Well... If you know my husband at all, he will do anything to earn some extra cash! We heard that "Deal or No Deal" was hosting try-outs in Salt Lake. Of course Matt decided to jump on that. He had it set in his mind that he would be the one they chose to go on the show and he would come home with a bunch of money. (I have to say I got caught up in it to... we even started talking about what we would do if we even one a hundred thousand!) Well, Matt decides to go all out and make a t-shirt and everything. So we get there and there is a HUGE line. A lady stopped us and says, "The wait is 12 hours and then you only get 20 seconds to tell them something interesting about yourself." I told Matt there was no way I was waiting that long. Then the lady says, "You could probably make just as much money selling water here as you could going on the show!" Of course, my husbands eyes lit up and said, "That is a GREAT idea." So off he went to Costco and bought water and snacks and walked up and down the line for about 2 hours selling his stuff! So... his million dollar mission turned into about a $60 dollar mission, but at least we didn't come home empty handed.

Dude, I was totally going to go! I read Brian your blog and he said, "That's a great idea, you could make some money selling stuff to people sitting in line for hours and hourse." I am afraid our husbands think alike Jessica.

Oh my, how funny is that. You know Matt and Greg (Beckys husband) should get together. I bet between Gregs candy bars and Matts water, they just might make $$.
too funny!

thats so funny! Drew and I watch Big Brother on CBS and they had auditions on Friday. I wanted to go audition for it, and thinking that they would choose me I decided 3 months is a long time to be away from my family! Way to make 60 bucks though!
