Matt had a little sister who died when she was just 3 months old. She was a beautiful little girl!! We gave Taelyn the middle name of Rachel after her aunt. Today is Rachels birthday... she would be 20 years old. Every year since she has died, the family has a sweet little tradition of taking balloons to Rachels grave. They sing happy birthday to her and then let the balloons go. I love that they do this for her. Matt's family isn't around, so we decided to take Taelyn to visit her Aunt Rachels grave and celebrate her birthday with her! We can't wait to meet this girl one day! (We would love to have another girl around with the Flakes!)
